Christiane Hepfer is a Texas Real Estate Broker and Founder / Owner and Executive of a number of companies involved in the acquisition, disposition, management and development of primarily investment real estate throughout the United State, with special emphasis in Texas and Colorado.

Maxine Hepfer

Partner

Maxine has over 10 years of real estate experience with a focus in development, acquisition underwriting and property management. She started her career on the real estate consulting team at Ernst & Young working on property valuation and appraisal. She then held corporate strategy and fundraising roles with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the Dallas and New York City offices. Most recently, Maxine oversaw all Colorado projects for International Capital (ICI), founded by her mother and partner Christiane Hepfer. Maxine holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and is a licensed broker in the state of Colorado (#FA100096962).
